MENTAL HEALTH PROMOTION BOOKLETS

Mind's mental health promotion series, 'How To...' booklets aim to help people maintain and improve their mental health and prevent mental distress. Each booklet contains positive and straightforward advice, gives a full resource list for seeking further help and offers suggestions for relatives and carers. This site is currently being developed. Not all the booklets Mind produces are on-line. To see the full listings please go to the Bookshop.
