This site is best viewed using Internet Eplorer 5, with JAVA enabled. If you are using IE3, I would definately advise that you upgrade your Browser.

The site is organised with the HOME Page at the top level. Below the top level are various pages, and below them various links. The link pages can also have links which are located at lower levels.

Each page has two navigation bars to ease navigation of the site.

The top bar allows movement through the links on the side bar using four bottons
Home: shows the home page and can be a good way to get back to the Contents Page from deeply nested links.
Up: will take you up to the next level.
Previous: will take you to the previous link on the side bar menu.
Next: will take you to the next link on the side bar menu

Below the navigation buttons are links to the main sections within the site.

The side bar shows some of the links on the current page. Not all pages have a side bar.

Your Browser's BACK and FORWARD buttons are used in the normal way.

The site has been designed to maximise speed of access. The pages tend to be short and to the point.

Most pages are best view at the highest video resolution you can support. To change the video resolution follow this procedure:

Click on Start at the bottom left of the screen
Move your mouse to 'Settings' and across to 'Control Panel', and click
Select 'Display' and double click
Select 'Settings' tab
Goto 'Screen Area' and move slider to desired resolution (I use 1024 x 768 or higher)
Select 'Small fonts'
Click 'Apply'
You should go into a preview mode and will be asked if you want to accept the change to resolution.
Note: some machines may reboot at this point.

If you find the text too small to read our information comfortably, change the font size used in your browser. In Intenet Explorer this can be done as follows:

Click 'View' on the menu
Move mouse down to 'Text Size' and across to 'Largest'
This procedure can be repeated at any time to get the best viewing options.

Some pages have certain buttons on them. The meaning is explained in the following table.
